Churchill Chiropractic is a family friendly practice that has been operating in Schaumburg for over 28 years.

Dr. Blackford and his team of friendly and professional Chiropractic Assistants (CAs) welcome patients young and old to Churchill Chiropractic.

Dr. Blackford is a licensed Chiropractor serving the Schaumburg community and has been freeing people from pain at the clinic in Schaumburg, IL. As a Chiropractor with experience, he is committed to promoting optimal health and well being of  patients.

A native of Iowa, Dr.Blackford graduated with a degree in Pharmacy from the University of Iowa in 1975. In 1982 he earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree at National University of Health Sciences in Lombard. Dr.Blackford moved to Schaumburg, where he set up his private practice and has been here ever since! Throughout the year, Dr.Blackford goes to many seminars and workshops to learn and enhance his skills.

Dr.Blackford uses a "whole person approach". This approach to wellness means looking for underlying causes of any disturbance or disruption (which may or may not be causing symptoms at the time) and make whatever interventions and lifestyle adjustments that would optimize the conditions for normal function. Using this unique approach, Dr.Blackford is able to help you to accelerate and maintain your journey to good health.

Dr.Blackford lives with his wife Dawn and their three daughters in Schaumburg. He enjoys family life, outdoor activities, especially cycling, and leading a healthy lifestyle.

Evelyn began her chiropractic experience as a patient in our office and her great results inspired her to become a part of the team. Evelyn is excited about helping our patients achieve the wonderful benefits she herself has had. Her primary responsiblities at the clinic include overseeing daily operations and coordinating insurance claims. Evelyn has been an integral part of Churchill Chiropractic and is considered one of the finest Office Managers Dr. Blackford has worked with. In her free time, Evelyn relaxes with weekend trips to her lake house in Wisconsin with her husband and 2 year old son.

Annette CHIROPRACTIC ASSISTANT (speaks polish)

When you walk through the doors at Churchill Chiropractic, Annette will be the first to greet you with a warm, friendly smile. Annette joined the team in April of 2008.  She is currently attending classes to become a certified chiropractic assistant. Annette is very knowledgeable with the process of chiropractic care and will be happy to assist with any questions or concerns. She enjoys spending time with her family and cooking.  She also loves to attend music festivals and camp out with her friends.
